1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using AI LightLab ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Plugin is provided by AC Photo Studio ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Alessandro Cismondi.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of devices specified by your license tier (Basic: 2 computers, 1 user; Agency: 10 computers, 3 users). You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Plugin.

3. Credits & Payments

AI processing requires credits. 1 credit = one 2K enhancement; 2 credits = one 4K enhancement. Credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy and are non-transferable. Failed processing attempts do not consume credits.

3b. Preset Packs

Additional preset packs may be purchased separately. Each pack has its own license key and unlocks new AI presets within the Plugin. Pack licenses follow the same terms as the main Plugin license.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the Plugin; (b) use the Plugin to process illegal content; (c) attempt to circumvent license validation; (d) use the Plugin in violation of applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Enhanced images are created using AI processing services. You retain full ownership of both the original and AI-enhanced versions of your photos. We claim no rights over your images.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Plugin license in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

1. Data We Collect

Purchase data: name, email, billing info (processed by Lemon Squeezy). Plugin usage: photos submitted for processing (transmitted only, never stored), license key, device hardware ID (hashed, for license validation), usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Email and purchase data: to deliver your license and provide support.
• Photos: transmitted to our AI processing API only. Not stored, not analyzed, not used for training.
• Hardware ID (hashed): solely to enforce device limits.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor; (b) Google LLC (Gemini API), our AI processing provider — your photos are transmitted for enhancement only and are not stored or used for training. We do not sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Purchase records retained for 7 years (Italian tax law). Photos deleted immediately after processing. Usage logs retained for 90 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

6. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies for core functionality (e.g., cookie consent preference). We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.

Plugin License Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on plugin licenses. To qualify: (a) request within 14 days of purchase; (b) you must not have used more than the 20 welcome credits included. Email studioacphoto@gmail.com with your order number.

Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are digital consumable goods and are non-refundable once purchased, except where a technical error caused credits to be deducted without delivering a processed image.

Processing Failures

If an AI enhancement fails due to a server error, credits are automatically refunded to your balance within 24 hours.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and AC Photo Studio for the AI LightLab plugin software.

1. Grant of License

AC Photo Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AI LightLab on the number of computers permitted by your license tier (Basic: 2, Agency: 10).

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, or remove proprietary notices from the Plugin.

3. Ownership

The Plugin software is owned by AC Photo Studio and protected by copyright law. This EULA grants a license to use the Plugin, not ownership of it.

4. AI Output Ownership

You retain full copyright ownership of all AI-enhanced images produced using the Plugin. AC Photo Studio claims no rights over your photos.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AC Photo Studio does not warrant that the Plugin will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Italy.
